This memorandum confirms that Nancy and I have known James R. Chuba, principal of JRC Electric, since early 2002. At that time James was recommended to us, by a close friend and associate, as an individual who was capable of performing the extensive electrical repair work we required for our primary residence. James performed the necessary repairs expeditiously and to our total satisfaction. Based upon that work experience we continued to utilize his skills and abilities to completely rewire three historic homes, which we restored over a period of several years, as well as one other historic home which necessitated rectifying some serious electrical safety issues.
At all times we have found James to be very knowledgeable, dependable, reliable, hard-working, conscientious, honest and courteous. Additionally, James has always been willing to offer alternative approaches towards completing the task at hand. Many times his suggestions resulted in savings of both time and money and often resulted in a better end product.
